Hi! Your abstract art is fascinating.
It´s incredible how many different shapes and textures you manage to incorporate into a piece. In multiple places, the texture carry over from one sectioned-off „shard“ to another, making it look like broken ceramic or pieces of a mosaic. In other places, the textures seep into one another, overlap, or seemingly compete for space. All together it makes for a spectacle that´s difficult to turn away from.
As for the titular point, I´m afraid it has missed the mark somewhat. It seems far off to the edge, and the piece might´ve done just as well without it. To me, it makes a jarring contrast with the rest of the piece which lacks color. I think it would work better as a focal point or point of interest if it was slightly closer to the middle of the canvas.
Overall, though, the piece both attracts the eyes, and unsettles the viewer. Good job
Hopefully my critique will be helpful. Keep it up, and good luck with your next pieces!
